What to expect during our process...
Call Us - When you notice the water damage, don't panic. Just give us a CALL.
Assess the damage - Using the latest technology, we are able to map out exactly where the water is located, even in cavities that you may not see.
Removal - Our highly experienced specialists will begin the water removal process promptly. This may include extraction from hard and carpeted surfaces, removal of drywall and insulation, or removal of hard surface flooring. This step helps to reduce drying time and helps to prevent mold and secondary water damage.
Drying/Dehumidification - Our water damage technicians will install state of the art equipment. This includes industrial dehumidifiers, air movers and the use of inner air wall drying system to dry out cabinets, walls, and flooring. For the elimination of odors, we use air scrubbers with a carbon filter, a Hydroxyl generator or a fogging machine which consists of antimicrobial agents.
Cleaning - Areas are kept clean throughout the restoration process. Once materials are dried within the required drying standards, equipment is removed and technicians start the final cleaning process. This includes but is not limited to wipe down of walls, the mopping of floors, cleaning of vertical surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming all affected areas.
